Join, pay membership dues, and donate to the PTA through membership toolkit -- which is also the best way to make sure your fellow BHES families can reach you for anything from playdates to classroom questions. If you join or renew your membership in the PTA before October 1, 2025, you will receive a FREE BHES car magnet!
To Create an Account
Go to the Register/Login page at https://bhespta.membershiptoolkit.com or download the Membership Toolkit app, then click "create account", and enter your account information. You will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been confirmed, you can enter your family information and set your preferences. Only parents/guardians can enter your family into membership toolkit -- if you don't enter your information other families and the room parents will not be able to get in touch with you! Membership toolkit directory information is the only way room parents have of communicating after the initial email goes out at the beginning of the year from your child's teacher, so please be sure to sign up!
Renewing Your Annual Membership
Once you are logged into membership toolkit, select "membership store" from the main menu and then select "2025-26 Family Membership" which is $50.00. You can also choose to donate an additional amount to the PTA on that same page.
Membership in the PTA must be renewed annually with the new school year and helps support a variety of activities including the Back-to-School Picnic, Science Fair, Heritage Night, Movie Nights, and more!
All families who join the PTA for the 2025-2026 school year by September 30 will receive a BHES car magnet! Note that starting October 15th, the directory will be limited to PTA members only.

JOIN US AT PTA MEMBERSHIP (MON, SEPT 15, 7-8:30PM)
The "Membership 411" event is a great opportunity to learn more about the BHES PTA and the resources and activities it sponsors through the year.
Membership 411 will take place on the evening of September 15th7-8:30 pm at 7920 Norfolk Avenue rooftop. Thanks to Laura Shull-Chandler and Angela Goldstein for organizing this event!
SEPTEMBER BIRTHDAY BASH! (SEPTEMBER 5, 2:30-3:00PM, APR)
Calling all September birthdays! Students with September birthdays will come to the APR on Friday September 5, 2025 from 2:30 pm - 3:00pm.
We will need 10-15 volunteers/parents to help us set-up and clean up the Birthday Bash from 2:15 pm to 3:30 pm in the APR. All Bash supplies are provided by the PTA. If your child has a September birthday and you have completed the volunteer requirements, please sign up here to volunteer.
Nut-free cupcakes will be served. If your child has an allergy of concern please let us know 48 hours before or send them with a snack to enjoy.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES! VIRTUAL VOLUNTEER INFO SESSION ON SEPT 8, 7PM
Thank you to all who have signed up to be room parents and additional volunteers for the 2025-2026 school year. If you signed up, you should have received an email from bradleyhillsvolunteer@gmail.com by now (if you have not, please email bradleyhillsvolunteer@gmail.com). Please also know that it is never too late to sign up to be an additional volunteer! Even though the sign-up form is closed, you can always email bradleyhillsvolunteer@gmail.com if you are interested.
Remember to attend the Virtual Volunteer Info Session on September 8 at 7 PM.

During this webinar, we will review general volunteer information, additional room parent responsibilities, as well as lunch and recess volunteer details. We will also review the volunteer requirements (training and agreement) that are required of all school volunteers.

AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES (REGISTRATION OPENS SEPT 9TH!)
The PTA is excited to once again offer enrichment opportunities for students through our relationship with Baroody Camps. All classes are held onsite at Bradley Hills from 3:35 – 4:35pm. Students go directly from their classrooms to their enrichment programs. There are options for students of all grades K – 5.
The Fall session will run from Oct 7 – Dec 12 with classes available Tuesdays – Fridays. (No enrichment on Mondays.) Please see the flyer below for the class schedule and pricing information. When classes are open to a range of grades, we encourage parents to review the class description and consider whether class offerings will engage their older students’ interests.
